It’s probably still a little early to write a review but I just wanted to share my 3 weeks results! It hasn’t even been a month yet and I’m already seeing a difference on my waist!! This plan is incredible and so easy to understand. You still have to buy the groceries yourself and prepare the meals yourself but everything is listed for you and there are recipes too.
