I’ve gained so much weight throughout the years, I couldn’t recognise myself anymore. I took a chance on this meal plan almost 5 months ago and wow! Just wow! It’s probably still a little early to write a review but I just wanted to share my 3 weeks results! It hasn’t even been a month yet and I’m already seeing a difference on my waist!! This plan is incredible and so easy to understand. You still have to buy the groceries yourself and prepare the meals yourself but everything is listed for you and there are recipes too.
5 month Progress. 18kg lost work. Meal plan is easy to follow. You know what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can substitute some foods, for example, I swap ostrich steaks for chicken breast.
This is me in December last year on holiday vs me this past Saturday on Valentine’s Day. I feel AMAZING. My bloating has decreased drastically since changing my diet and following this meal plan.
